30/30/30 Gun Raffle

Limit of 1000 tickets to be sold numbering 000-999

One ticket is $30.00, or a book of 10 tickets for $300

The holder of any winning ticket will be required to complete a Federal Firearms Transaction Record (Form 4473) and the Gun dealer will conduct a Texas or Federal background check before the firearm can be obtained by the winning ticket holder.

By obtaining a raffle ticket, you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm(s) won, have the intention of using the gun (s) only lawfully and safely, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm(s) won.

Raffle will begin once all 1000 tickets are sold on the first day of the following month. 

A ticket will be drawn for each day for 30 days based on the Texas Lottery Pick 3 - 10am drawing

Before the drawings begin a specific gun is assigned to each day of the drawing. The winner on a particular day wins the gun set to that specific day. A schedule of guns and dates will be posted on the CCPF website before the drawing

Winning tickets drawn will be immediately re-entered in the raffle. Each ticket represents an opportunity to win thirty (30) guns.

Winners and firearms won will be posted on the Corpus Christi Police Foundation website, and each winner will be notified by email or phone.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket.

If after 30 days a winner has not been able to be contacted by CCPF and said winner has not made contact with CCPF, then the CCPF will send a certified letter to the name and address on the winning ticket stub, notifying the winner that after the expiration of 10 days following receipt of the certified notice, the winning firearm will be forfeited by the winner and will become the property of the CCPF. Prizes are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize.

All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply or the winning firearm will be forfeited by the winner and will become the property of the CCPF.

All firearm transfers will be administered through Modern Pawn Gun Shop at 1701 Airline Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78412. All applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of winning ticket holders.

Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm(s) won is legal in their state, city, or town before taking possession of the won firearms(s).

At no time will CCPF take possession of any firearms involved in this raffle; winners will receive firearms directly from Modern Pawn Gun Shop 1701 Airline Road, Corpus Christi Texas, 78412.

CCPF limits all liability to the purchase price of the ticket purchased unless forfeited by the winner as set out in 12. and 13. above.

By purchasing a CCPF 30/30/30 Gun Raffle ticket, the purchaser of the ticket releases CCPF from any and all liability, known or unknown, associated with the purchase of the ticket or tickets and or any use, acts, or events associated or attributable to the purchasing of a ticket or tickets and the use, acts, or events associated or attributable to the winning of any firearm associated with the CCPF 30/30/30 Gun Raffle.
